Otilia BordeiOtilia is a skilled Commercial Real Estate professional with over 10 years of expertise, completing 130,000 sqm in office transactions. With a strong background in both landlord and tenant representation, she has coordinated major projects for clients like Microsoft, Societe Generale, and NXP, bringing valuable insights from leasing, asset management, and fit-out processes.
Roxana IlieRoxana is a accomplished Real Estate professional with 15 years of experience, having managed over 250,000 sqm of retail and 100,000 sqm of office spaces in Romania. With expertise in both landlord and tenant representation, as well as project and asset management, she has a proven track record in land acquisition, leasing, and fit-out execution. Roxana holds a master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Bucharest.
Louis JuhelLouis Juhel is a French real estate professional with 17 years of experience, including 15 in Romania. He has completed over 150,000 sqm of office transactions, advising clients like Orange, BNP Paribas and IBM on strategic projects.
